(CAN) ENGINE FLAMED OUT DURING TAXI.  FCU SENT FOR REPAIR.  O/H SHOP FOUND METERING VALVE FAULTY AND UNIT NEEDED NEW SEALS.  FCU CALIBRATED, NO OTHER FAULT.
