(CAN) SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF THE CREW REPORTED LEFT HAND RUDDER TRIM REQUIRED ADJUSTMENT TO MAXIMUM POSITION. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. RH RUDDER TRIM SPRING BUNGEE CABLE WAS BROKEN. REPLACED.
