## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING INSPECTION OF LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATOR ATTACH BRACKETS, THEY WERE BOTH FOUND SEVERELY CRACKED. UNITS EXHIBITED NO DAMAGE DURING PREVIOUS INSPECTION. PROBLEM BELIEVED CAUSED BY EXCEEDING FLAP EXTEND SPEEDS IN AN EFFORT TO SLOW AIRCRAFT.
