(CAN) COUTERWEIGHT SHAFT HEAD DAMAGED DUE TO CONTACTING LOW PITCH STOP NUT. COUTERWEIGHT SHAFT WAS REPLACED AND A LOW PITCH STOP SPACER WAS INSTALLED, AS PER STA SP93-1, TO ELIMINATE THE PROBLEM.
