## Discrepancy

(CAN) SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF #2 ENGINE LOST POWER, FLAMED OUT AND AUTOFATHERED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND THE ENGINE DRIVEN HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP HAD FAILED INTERNALLY AND SEIZED. THE FUEL PUMP DRIVE HAD SHEARED.
