## Discrepancy

(CAN) UNABLE TO MAINTAIN PRESSURIZATION DURING CLIMB. OPENED FLIGHT DECK VALVE AND RETURNED TO BASE. INVESTIGATION SHOWED A LOOSE CLAMP ON THE SILENCER TO SUPPLY DUCT. CLAMP TIGHTENED AND GROUND CHECKED SERVICEABLE.
