(CAN) CARGO HOOK INADVERTENTLY RELEASED SLING LOAD IN-FLIGHT.  ON TESTING CIRCUIT, IT TRIPPED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER.  ON ONE OCCASION THE HOOK WOULD NOT RELEASE DURING TEST.
