(CAN) THE PORT MAIN SPAR TO FUSELAGE FITTING ONE OF THE INBOARD JO-BOLTS FOUND SHEARED. FASTENER FOUND PROTRUDING APPROX .010 INCH.FASTENER SHEARED 3/8 INCH BELOW TOP OF FASTENER. BOTH INBOARD FASTENERS REPLACED.
