PIECE OF PALLET LOCK 1 INCH BY 2.5 INCHES FOUND INSIDE DAMAGED CANOE, APPEARS TO HAVE FRESH DAMAGE, RUBBER, GRASS RESIDUE ON IT.  REPAIRED.  PART TC:  586.
