## Discrepancy

(CAN) CREW REPORTED THE LEFT ENGINE BYPASS DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN.  INTAKE BYPASS DOOR ACTUATOR FOUND FAILED.  SHAFT HAD SHEARED OFF.  LOOKS LIKE FATIGUE CRACK COMING FROM INTERNAL THREADS OF SHAFT THAT HOLDS ROD.
