## Discrepancy

(CAN) NO DATA COULD BE RECOVERED FROM FLIGHT DATA RECORDER.  WHEN ON BENCH, IT ALSO FAILED A RETURN TO SERVICE TEST.  DEFECTIVE ROTABLE TAPE DECK WAS THE PROBLEM.
