(CAN) LARGE HYDRAULIC LEAK FOUND IN TAIL AREA.   WIRING HARNESS FOR RUDDER SYNCHRO TRANSIMTTER CHAFED THROUGH RETURN LINE FOR NR 2 RUDDER ACTUATOR.  WIRING HARNESS WRAPPED WITH SPIRAL WRAP.  LEAK FOUND IN UPPER PORTION OF LINE JUST BELOW RUDDER SYNCHRO TRANSMITTER.
