(CAN) AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE AFTER LOW AIR SPEED INDICATION.  THE CAP ON PITOT STATIC DRAIN WAS FOUND MISSING.  NEW CAP INSTALLED AND PITOT STATIC TESTS CARRIED OUT, SERVICEABLE.
