## Discrepancy

(CAN) INSULATION BLANKETS FOUND BURNT IN AREA AROUND THE WATER WASTE DRAIN HEATERS. THIS CHECKED AS A RESULT OF AN EARLIER INCIDENT OF SMOKE IN-LIGHT OF ANOTHER AIRCRAFT.  CANADAIR ADVISED.
