## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON TAKEOFF AFTER GEAR SELECTED UP, BOTH HYDRAULIC FLOW LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BLOCKS.  HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR HAD INTERNAL LEAK, REPLACED.  HYDRAULIC SYSTEM TOPPED UP.  AIRCRAFT SERVICEABLE.   PART TC:  1,384.
