## Discrepancy

(CAN) WHEN STARTING APU, A SURGE SOUND COMING FROM THE UNIT.  THE COMPLETE UNIT REPLACED.  ON TEARDOWN OF THE HOT SECTION, TWO NUTS WERE MISSING.  THE LOSS OF THESE NUTS POSSIBLY CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE TURBINE WHEEL AND NOZZLES.
