MAINTENANCE CARRIED OUT A BITE TEST ON THE LEFT ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROL (EEC) AND FOUND AN INTERNAL FAULT. THE EEC WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
