## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, A 3 INCH CHORDWISE CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE M/R BLADE.  THIS CRACK WAS LOCATED 36 INCHES OUTWARD FROM THE BLADE ROOT.
