## Discrepancy

(CAN) ENGINE WOULD NOT SHUT DOWN WITH POWER LEVER.  ENGINE REQUIRED TO BE SHUT DOWN WITH OVERSPEED PROCEDURE.  TMS ACTUATOR FOUND IN FULLY EXTENDED POSITION.  TMS ACTUATOR REPLACED.
