## Discrepancy

(CAN) CREW TAXIED FROM RAMP THEN HEARD NOISE FROM RIGHT SIDE OF AIRCRAFT.  INCREASED POWER TO MOVE AIRCRAFT - WOULD NOT MOVE.  FOUND NR 4 BRAKE DISC BROKEN AND JAMMED IN WHEEL RIM.  WHEEL, BRAKE, AND DISC REPLACED.
