## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING INSPECTION, MOVEMENT BETWEEN ADAPTER AND OIL COOLER IMPELLER SHAFT WAS FOUND.  ATTACHMENT IS BY TAPERED PIN WITH HOLES DRILLED IN SHAFT ADAPTER.  UPON DISASSEMBLY, ALL DRILLED HOLES AND TAPERED PIN WAS FOUND WORN.
