## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, 2 OF THE UPPER SLEEVES OF THE MAIN ROTOR HEAD HAD CRACKS IN THE BLADE BOLT AREA.  THE BLADE BOLT BUSHINGS (OF THE SLEEVE) WERE ALSO FOUND TO BE LOOSE.
