INSPECTION FOUND FORWARD FACE OF LAV BULKHEAD FRAME TO FUSELAGE ATTACH ANGLE CRACKED AT STA 1309.  THE CRACK WAS STOP DRILLED AND A REPAIR WAS INSTALLED IAW SRM 53-03, FIGURE 29.
