## Discrepancy

THE FORCE REQUIRED TO PULL EXTERIOR TAIL CONE RELEASE HANDLE FROM ITS RETAINING CLIPS EXCEEDED 35 POUNDS.  THE HANDLE CLIPS WERE ADJUSTED AND PULL WAS WITHIN LIMITS AT 25 POUNDS.
