INSPECTION FOUND FORWARD BAGGAGE BIN DOOR OUTER SKIN DENTED 15 INCHES FROM TOP AND 18 INCHES FROM AFT.  A DOUBLER WAS INSTALLED IAW SRM 52-00-01, FIGURE 203.
