INSPECTION FOUND A 5 INCH CRACK AND MISSING FASTENER HEAD IN INTERCOSTAL WEB ON STRINGER 16L AT STA 348.2.  THE INTERCOSTAL WEB WAS REPLACED IAW ECRA 5311-01375.
