AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE AFTER TAKEOFF.  F/A REPORTED AIR RUSHING OUT SOUND AT R2 DOOR.  ON ARIVAL, FOUND R2 DOOR INCORRECTALLY CLOSED.  VERIFIED DOOR OPERATION, ALL CHECKED NORMAL.  ACFT OK TO CONTINUE.
