CAPTAIN'S OXYGEN HARNESS FAILS TO INFLATE (LEAKING).  RT RELEASE LEVER ON CAPTS O2 MASK BROKE OFF.  CONT O2 FLOW UNLESS LT DOOR CLOSED AND SYS IS RESET.  REPLACED CAPTS O2 MASK.
