VERTICAL STAB BOX PANEL 322FL HAS 3 NUTPLATES MISSING AND 1 INSTALLED USING WRONG SIZE NUTPLATE CAUSING SCREW TO PROTRUDE FROM PANEL.  LOCATIONS MARKED WITH TAPE.  INST 4 NEW NUT PLATES ALL PROPERLY SIZED.
