3 INCHES FROM LT WING PROBE, NR 12 CONNECTOR, THE YELLOW HARNESS WIRE HAS INSULATION THAT IS WORN THROUGH TO CORE WIRE.  ACCOMPLISHED REPAIR OF WIRING AT LT WING PROBE IAW AMM.  ACCOMPLISHED UNIMATIC REPORTING AS REQUIRED.
