EICAS DISAGREE STATUS MESSAGE WILL NOT CLEAR ON LOWER DISPLAY.   FOUND RT EICAS COMPUTER FAILING.  ITEM TRANSFERRED IAW 3141H.  REPLACED EICAS COMPUTER AND LOADED OPC & OPS SW REF MM, GROUND TEST NORMAL.
