DURING CLIMBS, FIRST OFFICER'S RADAR ALTITUDE INTERMIT SHOWS RADAR ALTITUDE FROM 540 TO 700.  OPERATIONS OK AT CRUISE. REPLACED M254 RIGHT XMTR RAD ALTM ANTENNA IAW AMM.
