PER EQ6149 CHECK NR 3 RT WINDOW.  ON CHECK FOUND NR 3 RT WINDOW FORWARD LOWER CORNER CRACK.  WINDOW REPLACED PER AMM AND WINDOW HEAT CHECKED SATIS.
