AFT CARGO HEAT FAULT DISPLAYED ON UPPER ECAM SCREEN.  VERIFIED HOT AIR PRSOV CLOSED. REPLACED TRIM AIR VALVE PER AMM & CARGO HEAT CONTROLLER PER AMM.  OPERATIONS CHECKED OK, NO FAULT MESSAGE.
