SEAT BACK LOOSE & ROCKING AT 11E.  SWAPPED A NUT FROM SEAT 32F, SEAT 11E WORKS NORMALLY.  DEFER 32F IAW MEL, LOCKED UPRIGHT.  INSTALLED LOCK NUT ON 32F SEAT STILL LOCKED UPRIGHT.
