UPON OPENING RT PACK BAY FOUND INSULATION HEAT SHIELD DETERIORATING AFT OF HEAT EXCHANGER, CLAMP FOUND LOOSE IN AREA.  REPLACED INSULATION BLANKET IAW IPC.
