## Discrepancy

START FAULT DISPLAYED ON UPPER ECAM SCREEN, HUNG START, ENG 1.  START VLV NEVER DID OPEN, TRIED THREE START ATTEMPTS.  REPLACED PNEUMATIC START VLV IAW AMM-80-13-51. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
