## Discrepancy

RT ENG ORIGINALLY EXPERIENCED A HUNG START.  TRIED SECOND ATTEMPT & STARTER DOES NOT ROTATE AT ALL.  FOUND STARTER WAS THE PROBLEM, REPLACED STARTER IAW MM & STARTER AIR VLV IAW MM.
