## Discrepancy

SPEED BRAKE HANDLE COVER REMOVED FOR ACCESS.  WIRE BUNDLE SHOWS EVIDENCE OF WEAR & INTERFERING WITH HANDLE OPERATION.  FOUND NO WIRE DAMAGE REPOSITIONED WIRE BUNDLE TO CLEAR HANDLE.
