WIRE W0710-302-20 BURNT IN TWO, THREE WIRES TWISTED PAIR AT STATION 1220 BELOW LT FLOOR EDGE.  REPAIRED WIRE IAW SWP 20-10-13 WITH TWO SPICES & A ONE FOOT SECTION OF WIRE AT STATION 1220 UNDER LT CARGO FLOOR PANEL NEXT TO LT SIDEWALL.
