FOUND DURING 2 SERVICE TAIL STROBE LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  CHECKED CONTINUITY FROM DM33425B TO D7970P, CHECKED GOOD.  REPLACED LIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW AMM.  REPLACED POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-44-04, OPERATIONS NORMAL.
