## Discrepancy

ON CLIMB OUT RUDDER TRIM STUCK AT 1.0 LT & WOULDN'T TRIM FURTHER.  FREED UP AFTER RT INPUT.  RUDDER TRIM ON GND IS INOPERATIVE, NO MOVEMENT.
