PCU UNIT FELL OUT OVER ROW 11DEF.  NOT PSU PANEL, AIR PANEL WAS LOOSE & HANGING DOWN AT SEAT ROW 11DEF.  SECURED PANEL IAW AMM, CHECKED OK TO CONTINUE.
