DURING CROSS BLEED START UNABLE TO START RT ENG, NO FUEL FLOW.  CYCLED & RESET RT FIRE HANDLE, SPAR VLV OPERATIONS NOW NORMAL.  EEC MESSAGE CLEARED, ENG STARTED 2 TIMES AT GATE, NORMAL INDICATIONS.
