LT FWD OVERWING ESCAPE HATCH DISARM HANDLE DOES NOT HAVE ARMED PLACARD ON HANDLE VISIBLE, WHEN HANDLE IS PLACED IN THE ARMED POSITION.  HATCH & SLIDE ARE CURRENTLY ARMED, INSTALLED PLACARD.
