SEAT EEL ROWS 23R TO 33R, INOPERATIVE.  SLAVED IN NEW BATTERY CAME DISCHARGED.  CHARGING NOW & LIGHT IS A LITTLE BRIGHTER, NEED TO COMPLETE INSTALLING BATTERY AT DOOR 3R.  INSTALLED BATTERY SUPPLY M60 04, IAW SSM 33-51-04, LOCATED ABOVE DOOR 3R.  LIGHTS OPERATE NORMAL.
