CAPTAINS OXYGEN MIKE INOPERATIVE.  SWAPPED OUT 2ND OBSERVERS O2 BOX INTO CAPTAINS POSITION.  BAD BOX IS IN 2ND OBSERVERS POSITION.  RADIOS CHECKED OK.  REPLACED BOX, LEAK TESTED GOOD.
