AFT CABIN LT SIDE BEHIND LAST ROW OF SEATS HAVE BOTH PORTABLE O2 BOTTLE CANNULA TIGHTLY TIE WRAPPED TO BOTTLES RENDERING BOTTLES USELESS.  REMOVED TIE WRAPS FROM BOTH BOTTLES & REPLACED UPPER BOTTLE.
