SYSTEM Y HYD QTY LOST IN FLIGHT.  RESERVOIR QTY DROPPED WITH NO SYS PRESS.  DIVERTED &   FOUND PTU O RINGS BLOWN OUT.  REPLACED CHECK VLV ASSEMBLY & O RINGS FOR PTU.  OPERATIONS CHECKED & LEAK GOOD.  SERVICED SYS TO NORMAL.
