LOWER LT HORIZONTAL STAB SKIN CRACK FOUND AT STATION 129.50, 1/2" LOCATED 10.5" FROM REAR SPAR.  REPAIRED LT LOWER SKIN IAW ECRA 5510-02517.  PLACED IN DIP TO BE INSPECTED,  SKIN & DOUBLER EVERY 9000 FLIGHT CYCLES AFTER 56000 INSPECTION THRESHOLD IAW SRM 55-10-01 REPAIR 11 PAGE 217.  55-DIP 33698.
